Board of Directors and Officers:

Ann Lynch is a pharmacist and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at MCPHS University in Worcester, MA with concentrations in asthma, diabetes, HIV and veterinary pharmacy. Many years as a community pharmacy manager, supervisor and director lend professionalism, communication, management and marketing skills to assist in Shiba Prom events and success. For 14 ½ years Ann was “Humom” to Shelby, catching “Shiba” and “Rescue Fever” when she and her husband were rescued by her in 1998. Shelby passed in 2013 and Ann continues to volunteer at local and regional rescues, serve as a foster family and serve on the Shiba Prom executive committee as President and Secretary for 2016. In her free time, she loves to photograph nature and wildlife and hike with her husband and Shibas. You can visit her on Facebook: Ann Lynch

Eileen Corliss Jackson is a business owner in Chicago and serves on a professional board representing the Midwest. Her business ethics and professionalism are just a couple of her traits which help us with Shiba Prom events. Eileen began donating her time to promote Shiba Prom events a few years ago, eventually becoming an official member at large and then onto being the treasurer which lead to her becoming Vice President of Shiba Prom 2016. When Eileen isn’t working she can be found taking care of her Shibas, Sophia, Teenie and Theo, and “Having Fun Raising Funds.” You can follow Eileen and her shibas on Facebook: ChiTown3Pak or Twitter: @ChiTown3Pak.

After graduating from law school and working for the office of the public defender, Alisa Gaylon chose to pursue her true passion at Le Cordon Bleu, Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Today she serves the hospitality industry as a consultant in legal and business affairs, dining room guest services training, operations management and menu engineering. Previously, she provided private chef and catering services and co-owned and managed a 30-seat French bistro in Chicago, Illinois. Most importantly, Alisa is the "Humom" to 3 shibas: Max, Zenji & Fuchi. To try to help more shibas find their loving furever homes and help them the way rescue helped Zenji, Alisa was one of the original founders of Shiba Prom in 2012. She continues to volunteer with local rescues and serves on the Shiba Prom board as Treasurer for 2016. You can visit her shibas on Facebook: Max Zenji Fuchi ShibaTrio or Twitter: @ShibaTrio.
